A Month of Meditation:


A series of once-a-week, hour-long classes over a four-week span to learn the groundwork of Mindfulness Meditation, its benefits and establish a dedicated, regular practice.  Each session includes discussion, instruction, Q&A and a 15-20 minute sitting meditation.
