By learning how to pay attention to your breath and thoughts on the meditation cushion, you’ll be better able to stay present and connected in everyday life no matter what comes your way. SoulRyeders Meditation & Conversation:
A class for people with cancer survivors and caretakers living in the New York, tri-state area. Guided, half hour, online meditation followed by a 15 minute discussion on meditation practice. Following the meditation will be a conversation facilitated by SoulRyeder’s social worker, Stacy Weissberg.
